Recently, we successfully completed the Eastern China Φ323.9 Φ406, 165km detection length for in-line detection. Before the in-line detection, we first issued the inspection plan and carried out the field survey.
In the course of field exploration, the site selection of permanent marking and the embedding of permanent magnetic mark were carried out. Two marks are set at each kilometer to ensure the accuracy of positioning. We will set up the punctuation coordinate input into the integrity management system, in order to determine all kinds of defects, weld, tee and other positions. In the in-line detection stage, pigging detection, geometric deformation detection and magnetic flux leakage detection were carried out.
In the process of in-line inspection, we overcame the problems of no receiver and launcher and no power in the newly built pipeline. We temporarily welded the receiver and launcher and injected water into the power. Under the low flow rate of 0.6m/s~1m/s, we successfully completed the inspection.
After the inspection, we issued the initial inspection report and carried out excavation verification. We issue a complete inspection report after all inspections have been verified. POD up to 90%, POI up to 90%. The customer said that we can overcome the special conditions for detection, and we have rich ideas and experience. And they have expressed high appreciation for our service.
