【Pipeline external detection】 In Eastern China, the medium-high pressure pipeline 300Km project completion

Recently, in Eastern China, we successfully completed the medium-high pressure pipeline with 300Km inspection length with our mature external inspection technology.

Before external detection, we first issued an inspection scheme. In the detection stage, a series of external detection services, including pipeline detection, corrosion environment detection, cathodic protection system detection and anti-corrosion layer detection, are carried out. Among them, the detection of anticorrosive coating is an indispensable part of the detection outside the pipeline. At the end of the inspection, we carried out excavation verification and measured the remaining wall thickness; finally we issue a complete inspection report and maintenance program.

In the detection process, we overcame the difficulty of being close to the city and having complex pipeline location, and successfully completed a series of inspections on soil acidity, stray current and resistivity. The report shows that our excavation accuracy is 100%. The client said that our construction staff is very experienced, excavation is very accurate; and expressed a high degree of recognition for our service.
